Shipping Terms & Conditions
All products shipped from Cork in a timely manner (Typically dispatched in 1-5 working days).

Free Shipping on orders over €150, flat rate of €6 otherwise. All shipping methods are tracked services without signature. Usually arrive within 1-2 days.

Please note we don't have any control once the package is with the courier but do provide you with tracking* on all orders. *Note: Pallet shipments do not have online tracking but are typically delivered next day after dispatch.

Small/medium size products are typically shipped via An Post Standard Parcel Service.
Large heavy boxed products are typically shipped via DPD.
Anything larger is palatalised and shipped via TPN.
Packages are exceptionally well packaged by us however packages are not insured by default. Insurance can be applied on all orders if required, please contact to arrange. We would not be responsible for damage of packages in transit.

If you require we can also use a number of other couriers, please contact us to quote and arrange in advance.
Returns Terms & Conditions
We accept returns of unopened products (manufacturers seal unbroken) shipped back to us at the buyers expense within 28 days of purchase date.

For large orders (>€200) or non-stock items / special orders there would be a restocking fee.

Should an item be faulty (never has occurred yet to date) please contact us for initial troubleshooting and procedure to return for testing if required.
